PERSONALIZATION: Previews/mock-ups are only sent to confirmed orders upon request. Because this is a personalized product, the final product may differ from the listing photo due to the length of the name and any added details.

When you submit a personalized order, you agree you have confirmed the spelling and accuracy of the personalization. Changes cannot be guaranteed and any corrections may be subject to an additional charge. Personalized products cannot be returned or refunded. You are always welcome to contact us with any concerns.

WRITE-IN ITEMS: We recommend writing the stats with Sharpie Pens, Ultra-Fine Tip Sharpies, Tombow Markers, or Paper Mate Flair Pens. A small piece of wood is included to test your pen choice before writing on the item.

The wood grain and seams may result in a slightly different final product than the photo shown. The color of paint or acrylic can appear differently on the screen than in person.
