Choose from three options: a single-sided name-only sign, a single-sided name with birth stats, or a double-sided sign with both name and birth stats. You can either write in the stats at birth or provide them to us for engraving, ensuring your piece becomes a personalized keepsake.

Upgrade to have the first name added in acrylic (only available on one side, not both). For double-sided orders, specify where you would like the acrylic.

Each order comes with a free storage bag for safekeeping, and a small piece of wood is included for testing your pen choice before writing on the item.

Dimensions:

5 inches: 5" x 5.5" and 1⁄8" thick

7 inches: 7" x 7.75" and 1⁄8" thick

Personalization: This item allows for up to three names to be engraved, with the first name elegantly crafted in calligraphy font, while the second and third names are engraved in a printed font style. If you opt to include acrylic, please specify your preferred color choice. Should you decide to have the baby's birth statistics engraved, kindly provide those details during checkout.
